Why are we doing this ?

The promise and potential of Congolese coffee is tremendous. Due to mountain elevation providing abundant rainfall and fertile soil, Congolese farmers have been growing coffee for generations.

They have the knowledge and technical skills necessary to produce organic speciality coffee. Despite the efforts of some companies and non-profit organizations, the Congolese specialty coffee remains little known to most of the world.
