We select only the highest quality, organically grown, single-origin, speciality coffee beans from eastern Congo. We develop relationships with coffee cooperatives to ensure the consistency of our product.

 

These relationships are about much more than business - we form a personal bond with our partners to ensure they benefit from the relationship.

We buy coffees immediately after harvest (twice a year) to shorten the time between harvest and your cup. Our coffees are stored at the DMCC Coffee Centre - a state of the art facility in Dubai.

We comply with international standards -  such as the SCA - to enable us to constantly monitor the quality of our coffees. We personally oversee the processing, buying, and shipping of our specialty coffees.
